This effort involves collaboration with Qatar and Egypt to secure a ceasefire.

The discussion also touched on Hamas' recent attack on Israel, Israel's retaliatory actions, and the significant human toll in Gaza.

Additionally, Burns and Moore highlighted their collective efforts in supporting Ukraine against Russia, emphasizing the importance of continued backing.

Moore remarked on Ukraine's bold offensive into the Kursk region of Russia, while Burns lauded it as a significant tactical gain but cautioned against assuming any weakening of Putin's power.
