The 71-year-old man, charged along with 50 other men, is accused of drugging his 72-year-old wife and facilitating her repeated rapes over a decade, even filming the abuse.
If found guilty, they each face up to 20 years in prison. Dominique is also facing charges from a 1991 rape and murder case and an attempted rape in 1999.
