IEA and Partner Governments Finalize Critical Minerals Reserve Framework

The International Energy Agency and governments representing Group of Seven economies have finalized a multilateral critical minerals reserve agreement aimed at protecting clean-energy, battery and defense supply chains from export restrictions and disruptions linked to dominant processing capacity in China.
