Liz Truss defends plan to lift cap on bankers’ bonuses

Inflation, cost of living skyrocketing, energy crisis. Out of all those economic disaster, the first economic decision Liz Truss is taking is to increase bankers bonuses. When asked by the BBC about it, the prime minister told the BBC lifting a cap on bonuses is part of a plan to increase growth. However she is hiding the details about that mysterious plan, and she cannot explain how giving much more money to people who already have a lot of money increase growth.
As long as we do not have those basic details about the plan to fight inflation, if at all, we can simply call it a bribe, or the kickback that Liz truss pay for supporting her election to a roll that she has no qualifications to.

It looks like we’ve just changed one crook with another.
