Healey announced a new assistance package, including artillery guns, 250,000 rounds of ammunition, de-mining vehicles, and missiles.
He also met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Defence Minister Rustem Umerov.
This visit follows his appointment by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Healey emphasized that recent UK government changes would not affect the nation’s unified support for Ukraine.
The UK aims to deliver a major aid package within 100 days, addressing Kyiv's concerns about delayed military supplies.
