Who Is Jack Sweeney, The Jet Tracker Who Angers Taylor Swift, Elon Musk

Jack Sweeney, a college student from Florida, has become known for monitoring the private jet movements of celebrities such as Taylor Swift and Elon Musk.
The 21-year-old uses publicly available FAA data to provide updates on the travel habits and carbon footprints of public figures through social media accounts.

Swift's legal team has issued a cease-and-desist letter to Sweeney, accusing him of stalking behavior and warning of potential legal action should he continue.

Sweeney, who says his intent is to showcase publicly available information and not to cause harm, has also attracted attention from Musk, who offered him money to stop tracking his flights. Despite the controversy, Sweeney maintains his right to public information transparency.
