Marvell Reaches 115 Billion Dollar Agreement to Acquire Optical Technology Manufacturer Lumentum

The United States semiconductor company Marvell has secured a 115 billion dollar deal to buy the optical and photonics manufacturer Lumentum. The massive corporate consolidation is expected to reshape the global supply chains that support telecommunications networks and Artificial Intelligence hardware.
