United States Orders Federal Agencies to Strip Chinese AI Model DeepSeek from Government Systems

The United States Department of Homeland Security directed all federal civilian agencies to purge the Chinese Artificial Intelligence tool DeepSeek from official networks, warning that the software poses direct national security risks and could expose sensitive public data to authorities in Beijing.
