Elon Musk Proposes Corporate Merger Between Tesla and SpaceX

Elon Musk says independent directors are evaluating a potential corporate merger between publicly traded automaker Tesla and privately held SpaceX. The proposal follows a record revenue quarter driven by aerospace and artificial intelligence operations that recently pushed the valuation of SpaceX to two trillion dollars.
