Federal Judge Blocks Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Vaccine Policy Revisions and Committee Firings

A federal judge blocked recent changes made by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices to childhood vaccine schedules, ruling that the policy adjustments were arbitrary and capricious and that Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr illegally fired and replaced committee members.
