Ukrainian drone forces said they struck more than one hundred Russian cargo ships and tankers in the Sea of Azov to disrupt fuel supplies to Crimea, while intelligence officials in Kyiv reported evidence that Russian forces have systematically executed hundreds of Ukrainian prisoners of war since the start of the invasion.
