Dan Bongino Warns Corrupt Politicians They Cannot Escape Investigation
FBI Deputy Director vows investigations into political corruption will be “righteous” and conducted “by the book”
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino issued a forceful warning to corrupt politicians, declaring that ongoing investigations will find them and that “no one is going to get off”.
Speaking on Fox News, he stated that partisan bias and favoritism will no longer protect wrongdoing, and emphasised his and Director Kash Patel’s commitment to uncovering corruption regardless of political alignment.
Bongino said he has no “friends” in Washington in this effort, that he did not take the job for money or alliances, and that the aim is transparency and accountability.
He also described the current national threat landscape as intense, citing issues like drone technology, artificial intelligence, and foreign influence.
The warning follows earlier statements from him about having uncovered deeply troubling information about corruption and political weaponization inside government and intelligence agencies—findings that, he said, “shocked me down to my core” yet which he insists will be handled lawfully and properly.
