Bizarrap and Daddy Yankee to Headline Halftime Show at NFL’s First Game in Spain
Latin music icons set to perform at the NFL’s debut Spanish match between the Washington Commanders and the Miami Dolphins in Madrid
The NFL’s introduction to Spain will be punctuated by a high-profile Latin-music halftime performance, as Argentine producer Bizarrap and Puerto Rican reggaetón star Daddy Yankee have been confirmed to headline the event.
The game, which pits the Washington Commanders against the Miami Dolphins, marks the league’s first regular-season outing in Spain and is scheduled for Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Madrid’s iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
The pair will deliver their newly released collaboration “BZRP Music Sessions, Vol.
0/66” live — the first joint performance by the two artists, with Daddy Yankee returning from retirement earlier this year and Bizarrap bringing his global streaming momentum to the stage.
League officials framed the show as part of a broader effort to elevate Latin music and cultural influence at international NFL events.
Altogether, the half-time package builds on the international appeal of the fixture.
Pre-game performances will include Spain’s national anthem played by the Madrid Marine Infantry Group Band and the United States national anthem sung by New York-based vocalist Karina Pasian.
Fans in Spain will be able to watch the match via free-to-air channel Cuatro or streaming platform DAZN, while viewers in the United States will tune in on the NFL Network.
The league emphasises that the Madrid event is a strategic step in growing its footprint within European and Latin American markets by combining sport, music and spectacle.
Madrid’s selection as host city is also part of a broader push to bring more major international events to the venue and the Spanish capital.
With the halftime show now confirmed, the fixture is expected to draw a substantial global audience and leave a lasting cultural imprint as the NFL stages its Spanish debut.
