The White House Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy has identified more than forty countries associated with elevated customs-evasion risks and proposed an artificial intelligence-enabled border initiative to help federal agents identify legitimate supply chains and illegal transshipment designed to circumvent U.S. tariffs.
