Trump Signs Executive Orders Targeting Birthright Citizenship and Birth Tourism

President Donald Trump signed two executive orders seeking to restrict automatic citizenship for children born to foreign nationals and curb birth tourism, setting up an immediate legal challenge over the Fourteenth Amendment and established citizenship protections.
