Israel Offers $5 Million for Each Gaza Hostage Freed

Netanyahu Announces Reward for Hostage Rescue in Gaza
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced a $5 million reward for anyone who successfully frees a hostage held in Gaza.
The announcement was made in a video filmed in the Netzarim Corridor, a critical military supply route south of Gaza City.
Netanyahu, accompanied by Defense Minister Israel Katz, pledged secure passage for rescuers and their families out of Gaza.
He emphasized Israel's commitment to locating hostages and its aim to remove Hamas from power in Gaza.
Since the October 7, 2023, attack by Hamas, 251 hostages were taken, with 97 still held and 34 confirmed dead.
