President-elect Donald Trump revealed on Thursday his choice of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an environmental activist known for his anti-vaccine stance, to head the Department of Health and Human Services, the United States' foremost health agency.
"Ensuring the Safety and Health of all Americans is a crucial responsibility for any Administration, and HHS will significantly contribute to safeguarding everyone from dangerous chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and food additives that have fueled the serious Health Crisis in our Nation," Trump stated in a social media post.
