A White House press conference was temporarily interrupted when a man standing near President Donald Trump collapsed in the Oval Office during a live announcement on expanding access to and lowering the cost of popular weight-loss medications, U.S. officials said.

The incident occurred on November 6, 2025, as Trump, health officials and pharmaceutical executives were discussing agreements intended to reduce prices for obesity treatments under Medicare and Medicaid.

Televised footage showed the man wobbling on his feet and then falling to the floor behind the president while the chief executive looked on.
